General Information For Contestants:

We will provide Wild Hog Meat.

Each team is required to cook one brisket and one
Wild Hog Shoulder to donate back to the Sheriff's Posse.
To be turned in at 12:00 Noon.

Check-in Starts at 3:00 PM Friday April 11, 2008

Space will be assigned as you arrive.

Standard spaces are 30' x 30', but we have
plenty of space to accommodate your needs.

Lights will be provided.  Additional electrical is very limited.  Please let us know what you have to have.

We will provide power for blenders for the frozen drink competition.

Quiet time is 11:00 pm to 7:00 am.

Ash can available on site.
Water is close by - we will have a water wagon.
Ice available for purchase.

No Golf Carts or 4-Wheelers please.

There are ample restrooms on site - no showers.

We will have an "official" hotel lined up shortly.

Please let us know what else we can do to make our cookoff a great event for everyone.
