Common Cabinet Details

Our Pine Cabinet has a box made of 7/8" thick pine, a baffle made of 5/8" Baltic Birch Plywood
and a back of the same material.  Corner joints are dovetailed, baffles are dadoed into the box
and are fixed, backs are attached to cleats dadoed, glued and nailed into the box.

Our Birch Cabinet has a box made of 3/4" Baltic Birch Plywood, a baffle made of 5/8" Baltic Birch Plywood
and a back of the same material.  Corner joints are dadoed, baffles are dadoed into the box
and are fixed, backs are attached to cleats dadoed, glued and nailed into the box.

The following backs are available on all of our cabinets:

Closed	Open (Oval)	Open (Two Piece)

 Grill cloth is stretched over a pine frame and attached to the baffle with screws from inside the cabinet.

Speakers are attached with T-Nuts and bolts (4 per speaker).

All boxes feature a two jack plate, 16 gauge wiring and spade connectors.
